2024-25 Middle School ONLY Season Passes (NWMS home events)
Family Season Passes: $150/year/family (immediate family members only)
Adult Season Passes: $75/year/adult
Student Season Passes: $50/year/student
To purchase a season pass, return the completed order form to the athletic office along with a check. Your passes will be sent home with your student.

Travel Form
The travel form should be filled out at the beginning of each athletic season stating who has permission to transport your student home from an away event.
Map for Track Events
The Map for NWMS Track Events shows where the different Track & Field Events are held at NWMS.
Athletic Eligibility
Students in grades seven and eight are eligible to try out in all of the athletic offerings. Students participating in athletics will be held to a higher standard concerning their academic performance, citizenship and leadership. Please refer to the NWMS Athletic Handbook.
Sports Physicals & Forms
Athletic Physicals for the upcoming school year will need to given after April 1st. All athletes must complete all forms and upload completed physicals to Final Forms prior to the start of the season. Please see click here for more information regarding the required Athletic Forms.
